About Us

Born in Aliceville, Alabama, the founder of Hughes Harper Gibson, LLC – Randy Gibson, has dedicated the majority of his professional career to the service of helping individuals, attorneys, and organizations with their dispute resolution needs.

He earned both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a Computer Science minor with a concentration in Computer Information Technology from the The University of Alabama in
2003. While in school Randy received a number of recognitions and awards from staff personnel for his outstanding academic performance and extended service to the community at
large.
After graduation, Randy received an offer from the largest insurance company in the world, AIG.  His early accomplishments as a successful sales representative fast-tracked his career into
claims where he worked for over 15 years. It was during this time that he became an expert in insurance investigations, evaluations, mediations, arbitrations, subrogation and litigation of
personal injuries and auto property damage. He currently holds property and casualty licenses in Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, and Wyoming.

Randy and his family currently reside in Shelby County. He is an avid church goer and enjoys volunteering his available time to numerous local community efforts. His hobbies include
spending time with family (beautiful wife and three daughters), gardening, and cheering on his beloved Alabama Football team – Roll Tide!
